Affiliations

Joyce Factory Direct is very active throughout the industry and community (as a manufacturer and a home improvement remodeler). Since we manufacture and install our own windows and sunrooms, we have relationships with many of the industry’s top organizations and associations.

Energy Star Partner – Joyce Factory Direct is proud to offer many Energy Star rated products, including our replacement windows, doors and sunrooms. Our manufacturing parent company, Joyce Manufacturing Company, is an Energy Star Partner.

National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) – The National Fenestration Rating Council is a non-profit organization that administers the only uniform, independent rating and labeling system for the energy performance of windows, doors, skylights, and attachment products. NFRC is the recognized leader in energy performance rating and certification programs for fenestration products. Joyce Factory Direct’s parent manufacturing company, Joyce Mfg. Co., is a proud member of the NFRC.

Angie’s List – Joyce is a proud member of Angie’s List, a third party company with reviews and listings of the area’s service companies.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) – The BBB was founded in 1912. Today, 124 BBBs serve communities across the U.S. and Canada, evaluating and monitoring more than 3 million local and national businesses and charities. Joyce is a proud member of the Cleveland (Northeast Ohio) BBB.

Berea Chamber of Commerce – Founded in 1939, the Berea Chamber of Commerce helps the Berea (and surrounding area) business community work together.

Professional Remodelers of Ohio (PRO) – Joyce is a member of PRO, Northeast Ohio’s Remodeling Industry Resource (PRO also serves Northeast Ohio’s NARI chapter).

National Association of the Remodeling (NARI) – NARI is the nation’s leading remodeling industry association for contractors, manufacturers and trade professionals.

National Sunroom Association (NSA) – The NSA is trade association dedicated to the advancement of the manufacture and construction of safe, energy efficient and environmentally conscious sunrooms, patio rooms, and solariums. Our parent company, Joyce Mfg. Co., is a charter member of the NSA.

COSE (Council of Smaller Enterprises) – Joyce is a member of COSE, the region’s largest small businesses support organization.
