Beautiful Shower Install

My installer Jared Johnson did a fantastic job. He explained the whole process to me from tearing out my bathtub and installing the shower. He was professional and kind. Once the job was completed he cleaned my bathroom. Wonderful job I definitely recommend Jared.

JOYCE DIRECT exceeded our expectations

We attend Cleveland Home Garden Show on a Friday. We had a in home consultation and quote days later. We were replacing an old fiberglass bath/shower unit in the main bathroom and did not want tile/grout. We wanted nonporous acrylic material for low maintenance and the marble looking side walls are amazing!!!! Very classy look without grout! The installer was professional, timely, and very thorough. We both continue to walk to the bathroom and admire our new shower/tub unit.. We were delighted to have chosen JOYCE DIRECT, a family owned and operated and materials from the USA. Way to go JOYCE DIRECT. Top notch staff, materials and operations.

Update on earlier review

On March 10th Joyce installed a new shower. We had a old cast iron tub and wanted a walk in shower. The employee that came in was by himself and did a excellent job. He was very kind, courtesy,and very knowledgeable in everything he did and any questions we had. He had it done on March 11th. He cleaned up after himself when ever he left. Had us feel comfortable that he was in our home and went above and beyond what his job entails. The job was done flawless. We couldn't be happier with my beautiful shower and the job well done.

Sales Reps

We went to the Home and Flower show at the IX Center and spoke to the spokesperson that was there and he was so nice talking to us and helping set up a appointment (sorry can't remember his name)

Their sales representative Johnathan Hobbs was helpful and knowledgeable helping us design our shower. He was so easy to talk to (he's a keeper)

New Windows

Chris, Holly, Ryan, and Brian were out to replace our builder grade windows and install two brand new bay windows. They were great to work during the install with and extremely efficient.

Replacement windows and Patio door

We were very pleased with the installation process and with the Joyce windows/door products. Adam and Mark were very personable and did an excellent job replacing the windows. Unfortunately, it was discovered that further work was needed to install the patio door, so the work could not be completed that day. We assumed there would be a delay of days to weeks, but to our delight, father-son team Tim and Devon were available and arrived the next morning to complete the work needed and our new patio door was installed. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job figuring out how to properly support the patio door with minimal amount of tear out of the drywall. All of the Joyce team members were professional and cordial throughout the entire process. All in all, a very positive experience for us.

Exterior Door and Storm Door replacement

After having a Joyce Storm Door installed on our front door, and liking so much, we decided to have two more exterior doors and we as the storm door replaced. Adam and Mark did a great job, and the doors are great. A real improvement.

Bathroom remodel

Tim Gawne was our contractor. He was wonderful He was very cheerful. Tim explained everything and took most patience and care putting in our bathtub to shower. He was very neat and cleaned all up very well. Great Jib! We love it.

Bath remodel quote

Just got a detailed quote from Joyce Factory Direct. The process was easy and comprehensive. The Sales consultant explained everything very well. We had many customization options including shower wall colors and patterns, how many shelves we wanted, permanent or foldable seat, safety bars, shower heads and shower handle. Shortly after the in house estimate I received an email explaining in detail the next steps.. Looking forward to the remodel work to start.
