This Twinsburg, Ohio family chose single glass kneewalls, and a large sliding door to optimize natural light and fresh air during fair weather or close them to protect when weather changes to less desirable conditions.
3 Seasons: Insulated floor and thicker walls make this studio style sunroom perfect for 3 season enjoyment in the Ohio climate. They've added 216 square feet of additional living space for their family and friends to make memories in. A 4x4 landing and steps built from composite lumber make for long lasting easy access to their spacious yard.
Top & Bottom: This Twinsburg, Oh family had Joyce build a slightly elevated deck as a foundation to their sunroom addition. This assures a solid foundation as well as proper installation of their electric package. To complete the build, they chose a non-pitch roof with a gutter tie in to ensure appropriate water flow for rainy days or melting snow.
