Joyce Cash: Turn Every Joyce Project into Future Savings

If you’ve already completed a project with Joyce, you’re not just a customer anymore – you’re part of the Joyce family. And families look out for each other.

That’s precisely why Joyce Cash exists. It’s a rewards credit that builds with every qualifying project, so your past decisions to invest in your home can help pay for the next ones.

Joyce Cash is part of our Family & Friends Referral and Rewards Program, and it’s designed to give loyal customers a little something extra every time a Joyce project is completed.

Joyce Cash for Family and Friends

What Is Joyce Cash?

Joyce Cash is a reward balance you earn from completed Joyce projects that you can apply toward future Joyce projects.

Think of it as a dedicated “home upgrade fund” that grows every time:

  • You complete a new Joyce project

  • Someone you referred completes their first project with us.

Instead of a one-time coupon that disappears, Joyce Cash is designed to build over time and stay ready for your next remodel.

How Joyce Cash Works

Joyce Cash is simple, but powerful. Here’s the core idea:

1. You earn Joyce Cash on your own projects

After you complete and pay for a qualifying project with Joyce, we add Joyce Cash to your personal Joyce account.

  • You earn 1% back in Joyce Cash on your project total

    • Example: A $5,000 project = $50 in Joyce Cash toward your next new Joyce project

That way, each project doesn’t just improve your home today – it also helps fund your next upgrade tomorrow.

2. You can earn even more from referrals

When you share Joyce with friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers and they complete their first Joyce project, you can earn additional Joyce Cash on top of any cash referral bonuses in the Family & Friends program.

  • You can earn up to $150 in Joyce Cash per referral, depending on the project size

  • There’s no set limit to how many qualifying referrals you can send our way

More projects in your circle = more Joyce Cash in your account = more savings for you on future remodels.

Does Joyce Cash Expire?

Here’s one of the favorite parts:

Joyce Cash never expires.

Your balance stays active and ready until you decide to use it on a new Joyce project. It’s only “used up” when you choose to apply it toward a new contract. A few key notes:

  • Joyce Cash applies to new contracts, not existing balances

  • It needs to be presented at the time of sale so your consultant can apply it correctly

If you’re not sure what your current Joyce Cash balance is, your Joyce representative or customer service can look it up and walk you through how best to use it.

Real-Life Examples of Joyce Cash in Action

Here are a few ways Joyce Cash often shows up in the real world:

Windows now, bath later

You replaced 12 windows this year and earned Joyce Cash based on that project. A year or two later, you’re ready to remodel your tub or shower. You apply your Joyce Cash at the bath consultation and instantly reduce the cost of the new project.

Sunroom first, then more upgrades

You build a sunroom and fall in love with the extra space. Later, you decide your old patio door or nearby windows need an upgrade, too. Your previous sunroom project has already earned Joyce Cash, so part of that second project is effectively “prepaid.”

You share your experience & your friend signs up

A neighbor compliments your new windows or bath. You send them Joyce’s way, they complete their first project, and you earn up to $150 in Joyce Cash from that referral, per current program terms. That extra Joyce Cash can help fund your next project, whether it’s more windows, a bath update, or a sunroom.

How Joyce Cash Fits into the Family & Friends Program

Joyce Cash is one part of the broader Joyce Family & Friends Referral and Rewards Program, which also includes:

  • Cash bonuses for referrals who complete in-home demos and projects

  • VIP reward levels when you refer multiple people

  • Quarterly drawings, early access to sales, and exclusive promotions

Joyce Cash is the long-game piece: it helps you save more on future projects while you enjoy the benefits of the projects you’ve already completed.

How to Start (or Grow) Your Joyce Cash

If you’ve done a project with Joyce, you may already have Joyce Cash waiting for you. Here’s how to make the most of it:

  1. Ask about your balance
Contact a Customer Care Agent or your design consultant and ask, “Can you check my Joyce Cash?”

  2. Plan your next project with Joyce Cash in mind
Whether you’re thinking of windows, a bath remodel, or a sunroom, bring up Joyce Cash at your consultation so we can apply it correctly to your new contract.

  3. Share Joyce with family & friends
When someone you know is considering a remodel, tell them about your experience and ask them to mention your name when they contact us. Their first completed project can help grow your Joyce Cash even more!
