Events and Promotions Manager - Pittsburgh

We are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to lead our events team in Pittsburgh. Joyce is growing and the event department is a big part in helping hit and exceed goals.  Come and join our team!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee, research, book and coordinate events for Pittsburgh.

· Budget and track expenses for each event – costs, leads, appointments, etc.

· Track event marketers productivity and metrics – leads, appointments, etc.

· Maintain training protocol through Event Department Onboarding.

· Work with marketing team to optimize and continue consistent branding, market presence and professionalism.

· Manage event set up and tear down.

· Attend, manage, and promote on site regularly at events while always trying to hit/exceed goals.

· Work with National Events Director to recruit, hire, lead and manage event marketer staff in Pittsburgh.

· Manage event marketers schedule, team meetings and communication.

· Ensure that inventory which includes supplies, signage, brochures are available for all events and are kept in good condition.

· Assist marketing department with special projects or activities as needed.
