Call Center Agent

Please note that this position CANNOT be performed remotely.

Joyce is hiring for our call center in Berea, OH. We invest a significant amount of money on leads for our home improvement installation services, and have just invested in a significant package of leads that is forcing us to expand our operation. Our new call center staff members will utilize their positive can-do attitude and our excellent scripts to set appointments with leads for our sales team to demo our products! We’d love to add people to the team who fit the culture and share our values, so even if you have no call center experience, please apply if our values below speak to you.

What You’ll Do:

• · Outbound Calling with some Inbound Handling
• · 10% Customer Service, 90% Appointment Setting
• · Utilize Scripts and Problem Solving to Aid Customers
• · Grab Initiative, and Tackle Tasks with a Today, Not Tomorrow Attitude
