Joyce Factory Direct is immediately hiring a motivated, quality focused Window installers. We are a 65 year old family owned and operated company that is growing in our current markets and into new ones. We’re looking for skilled tradesmen to help deliver our service. We offer the highest quality vinyl replacement window in the industry, and our backlog is slowly growing. We also just added an extremely productive sales rep to the team in Asheville, and will need to add a Window Installer to prevent that backlog from getting worse!

What You’ll Do:

• Demo existing Windows and Doors
• Install New Door in Square and Level manner
• Cap Windows with Aluminum Coil
• Install Brick Mould and Interior Trim
• Transport All Materials from Warehouse to Job Site
• Strike and Haul Away Existing Material

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic Plumbing Knowledge
• Necessary Tools and Reliable Truck
• Professional, Clean and Detailed Worker
• Valid General Liability Insurance
