We are located in Pittsburgh, Pa. Our salesperson was Mitch Stutz. He was very easy to understand, was not pushy, very thorough and complete. Would recommend him anytime. In the end he gave us exactly what we were looking for at a price we could live with. A very welcome experience.

Bathroom remodel
The crew from Joyce Factory direct/Bath Planet were remarkable.. Initially it was a three day project but they finished in two days. It was Phil Honda’s and Tievor Love. We would definitely have this. company do any more remodeling for us. I give them a five star rating.
Window/Door/Siding installation
I am extremely pleased with the product and the installation from Joyce. I decided to update the breezeway on my home, and as always my first call was to Joyce Factory Direct. . Updates included new sliding glass doors to replace and old 1950's wood door, a 4x4 picture window, new slider windows to replace some old jalousie windows, a replacement steel entry door as well as new vinyl siding. Corey and his crew were amazing. Attention to detail was impeccable, so personable and easy to work with. The price was fantastic and the quality of the windows is hard to describe. Workers arrived on time and stayed each day so the project would come in on time as well. I have relied on Joyce for many years as my go to company for home improvement. Previously replaced my front entry steel door and screen door, as well as 20 years ago complete windows for my ranch which are still intact and keep my home warm and cozy. Amazing company, fair price, so easy to work with. They will always be my favorite company.
Excellent service and installation
Austin cCarthy was the contractor who installed my new walk-in shower. Every step of the way he was informative , extremely knowledgeable about his job, a very polite young man and was a pleasure to have such a workman in my home. His partner Nick was all those things as well. I would recommend Jason and Joyce Factory Direct to anyone. The new shower is beautiful, and extremely well constructed. It 's walls and floors are very sturdy due to the backing on the walls and under the tub. I love it!! I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could but it only goes up to 5.
Shower Conversion
We are so very please with our new shower and wainscoting installation in a small bathroom. As I knew, from previous work 50 years ago, the walls were not even. Austin and Kevin worked tirelessly to complete the job assigned to them and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company and our installers. Other bids for similar work were much much higher and we couldn't be happier.

Start to Completion Well Done Thank You
Our salesman was Dwain and he was excellent as we didn’t feel pressured to purchase our new bathroom install. He answered all questions and had a few good suggestions. The installation team of Phil & Trevor did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very efficient in the removal of our bathtub and install of the new shower and walls. They took all necessary precautions to protect our house. They removed everything they took down and cleaned up after the install was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Joyce Factory Direct to any of our family or friends
Window instilation
After having 6 windows installed in April, I just had 3 additional windows installed. From the beginning of scheduling a consult through the final install everyone was kind knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. (Bryon Miller, Carrie Schilling, Kathy Scheerer, Brian Lee, Chris Dinya) They are so customer focus with excellent benefits that I was able to add these additional windows this year. When there was a minor issue with one window, Dave was sent out that same afternoon with the fix. If I missed anyone, I’m sorry. I plan to have them back next year for additional windows and potentially doors.
