Love it!

We were hesitant to spend the money to convert our tub to a shower. However, Joyce Factory Direct worked with us to make it affordable and we are so glad we did it. Our new shower looks fabulous! We waited 2 months for installation which was shorter than what we were initially told. The installation took two days and after the first day the bathroom door was closed so I assumed it wouldn't be usable and I couldn't have been more wrong! The bathroom was spotless, and all the tools were neatly organized within the shower space so we could use the remainder of the room that evening. The installers (Phil Hodos, Nick McHenry, and John Krakora) were excellent. They made sure we were included in all decisions that were made and checked with us before installing shelves and the seat. They made sure any mess was contained within the bathroom and did a great job cleaning up.

They were friendly and hardworking taking few breaks during their 9-hour day, and their workmanship was excellent as well. They treated our home as if it was their own. The shower turned out beautiful and we are very glad we used Joyce
