Design Consultant review

I am writing to thank our Joyce Factory Direct Design Consultant, Kaitlyn Berkenstock, for her excellent customer service, professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness and product knowledge. We ultimately did not choose Joyce Factory Direct because we decided on a ceramic tile solution for our bathroom but we wanted to express our thanks to Kaitlyn.
