100 stars! Our designer was just wonderful to work with and we got more than we hoped for in a shower and bathtub replacement. Other companies told me that they couldn’t offer the custom touches that JFD could provide. I was anxious about the install, but our installers, Paul and Justus, couldn’t have been more professional and polite. 3 days to do 2 bathrooms. It’s beyond perfect. They respected our home and us. They made sure that things like shelves and safety bars were perfectly placed to my specifications. They kept the debris pile neat throughout the project and then cleaned up every piece when they finished. Drop cloths were placed the entire length of my home to protect the floors. I cannot rate them highly enough. My husband doesn’t get excited about spending money on home improvements, but he is thrilled with the work that they did and the installers themselves. At least get a quote and see what they can do for you. Again, we had other quotes, including a Jacuzzi certified company and they expected me to order my own shower doors and have them installed, didn’t stock Moen fixtures (top qu
