Joyce is expanding our sales team in the Charlotte market due to rapid growth. Join our high-performing salesforce that offers customers premium home improvement products manufactured that are American Made. We proudly manufacture our own Windows, Sunrooms and offer Acrylic Bath Systems from Bath Planet, the nationwide bathroom remodeler replacement market leader, giving us a competitive advantage over our competition. We generate a substantial number of appointments weekly through multiple sources including digital and traditional marketing, an Events Team, a robust referral program, and a 7-day a week Call Center. We're open to all experienced and motivated sales reps. Our goal is to put people in a position where they can thrive and become successful.

What You'll Do:

• Gain full-scope knowledge on products and services we offer
• Expert in-home product demonstrations
• Complete in-home sales consultations
• Proactive customer service from start to finish, and beyond
• Assisting customers in the selecting of product/color/material
• Take measurements, pictures and provide prompt accurate quote to homeowners

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in-home sales experience OR 5+ years one call close experience
• 1+ year selling bath remodels, or replacement windows, or sunrooms preferred
• Computer skills -- MS Office, database management
• Ambitious, professional, and outgoing with an ability to quickly connect with others
• Demonstrated ability to perform in driven, commission sales-based environment against a draw
• Honesty, integrity, accountable, solution driven with a can-do attitude
