Another Great Job
Just had a basement door and screen door installed by Tyler and Eric. They arrived at the scheduled time and were done well within their estimated time to complete the job. They went over the every step of the project, cleaned everything up and we couldn’t be happier. This is the third JFD project we’ve had done and the quality of their products and workmanship can’t be beat.
Terrific service
I just had a new patio sliding door installed after suffering with a ill fitting drafty one for 10 years. It was a very cold dayto have gaping hole in the side of the house but the installers Mark and Adam did thier best to keep the heat in. Dod i mention there was snow & ice also? They put down cardboard all the way from my entrance to the rear of my house so they wouldn't track in a mess! The new door is wonderful and I can't say enough about the conscientiousness and great work by Mark & Adam! Thank you Joyce Factory Direct for the job!!
Replacement windows
The windows of course are great my parents have had their replacement windows for 6 years and have never had an issue. I really want to comment on the installers Edward Long and his son. They were very informative and professional. Couldn't have asked for nice people.

I would like to thanks my installers and all the support people at JFD. The experience was professional and seamless. In particular, Mark and Adam did a exceptional job installing. There is alot going on during the process. The entire process was done with care. Wonderful clean up and attention to the details. Highly Recommend.
Why we chose Oasis
My wife and I met with Dave Hawkins of Joyce Factory Direct to get a price on a patio enclosure. Dave was very professional and thoroughly explained Oasis sunrooms starting with manufacturing and continuing to the installation process. We feel that the Oasis brand of vinyl structure and the windows are of superior quality. We were impressed that Oasis manufactures their own building material. We have an existing enclosure that needs some repairs. We decide to go with a new enclosure from Oasis because of the quality and good looks.
Bathtub to shower conversion challenge
From the beginning to the end the whole process was pretty seamless. Matt who installed the shower encountered some issues with my house not being even but he was very professional and he found a way to make things work and the shower looks great and I love it. What a hard worker he is and very good at his job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought my first house September of 2022 and windows needed to be top priority. I found out about Joyce Windows and I will never recommend anywhere else. The process was so easy and my installation crew Tyler and Eric were amazing. They did such great work, super easy to communicate with and just great trustworthy people. 10/10 experience.
